PRIMAPOX-ZINC 1K

A single pack zinc rich anti-corrosive epoxy primer designed to be used in cold galvanising applications on steel. It is suitable for the repair of zinc rich two pack epoxy primers, zinc silicate primers and aged and rusty galvanized steel which makes it an ideal maintenance solution. This unique product contains 35% total zinc in dry film and complies with ISO 12944 (C4, C5I, C5M, Im2 & Im3). PRIMASPOX-ZINC 1K comes in PRIMASPOX-ZINC M35, M45 and M55 with 35%, 45% and 55% of concentration of zinc powder in the dry film respectively. It has excellent rust inhibiting properties and can be used as primer for most paints. PRIMAPOX-ZINC 1K is a replacement solution for hot dip galvanizing. The primer has no pot life limitation.
